Rhonda and I are on our way up US 1 on the first day of our yravels. It feels great to stretch our legs in the cooler temps. Our first lobster roll is coming up in about 45 minutes.

Normally I’m more tired on Sundays than any other day. My energy just doesn’t flow like it did before treatment. A few modifed Sun Salutations that I’ve learned in CIOS Therapeutic Yoga helped me work out the kinks from flying. And I’m using the positive affirmations that we’ve discussed in Mindfulness to help me reset after this long, difficult symmer. (My Mom passed away in June.)
